BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Booking/reservation must be done at least 2 months in advance to guarantee accommodation and transportation.

2. Please provide us with the ff. information:

              Complete Name of the School and Address/Pick-up point

              Preferred tour destination and date

              Number of participants

·         No. of Students

·         No. of Parents

·         No of Teachers

              Nationality

              Special Arrangements (optional)

 3. In no case shall the Agency confirm a booking if said booking/reservation is made less than 2 weeks.

 4. Once booking is confirmed, no changing of dates allowed. No reduction of participants allowed. Increase in the number of participants MUST be equivalent to another bus or coaster or van as the case may be.

 5. 50% down payment is required once booking has been confirmed.

 6. Full payment must be settled not later than 3 days before the tour.

 7. If there is no full payment made 3 days before the tour, the Agency has the right the cancel the booking.

 8. For check payments, pay to the order of Shroff International Travel Care, Inc. Payment can also be made through bank deposit at RCBC Savings Bank - Remedios Branch Savings Account No.: 1052-011-733.

 9. Accommodation to destinations to be visited shall be based on their availability and not the convenience of the school.

10. Rates quoted are net and are non commissionable.
